Eerder dit jaar dropte Quentin Tarantino een langere versie van The Hateful Eight op Netflix in de vorm van een vierdelige miniserie. Dat zou hij ook van plan zijn met zijn nieuwe film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

“Ik blijf maar horen dat Tarantino aan de cast heeft beloofd dat hij hun deleted scenes in ere zal herstellen wanneer hij de film hermonteerd tot afleveringen voor Netflix,” tweet Kyle Buchanan van The New York Times.

Als dat klopt, zou het al de derde versie zijn van Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Na de wereldpremière in Cannes sleutelde Tarantino namelijk aan de film voor de bioscooprelease.
