Verschillende Hollywoodgezichten hebben verontwaardigd gereageerd op de uitkomst van Donald Trumps tweede impeachment-proces.

De voormalige Amerikaanse president werd na de bestorming van het Capitool op 6 januari van aanzetting tot rellen beticht, maar door de Amerikaanse Senaat niet schuldig bevonden.

Acteurs als Mark Ruffalo en Mia Farrow haalden ook uit naar de Republikeinse fractieleider Mitch McConnell. Hij stemde ‘onschuldig’, maar uitte achteraf kritiek op Trump.
