De Amerikaanse bioscooprelease van Godzilla vs. Kong op 31 maart ging gepaard met het debuut van een nieuwe, gezinsvriendelijke trailer van James Gunns The Suicide Squad.

Ondertussen heeft Gunn de trailer ook online gezet. De film met onder meer Margot Robbie, Idris Elba, John Cena en Viola Davis haalt begin augustus de zalen.
