Eerste Cats-trailer met verwarring en afgrijzen onthaald
Voor de Cats-verfilming van Tom Hooper (Les Misérables) werd gebruikt gemaakt van “digital fur technology” om de huid van acteurs als Taylor Swift (zie foto), Jennifer Hudson en Idris Elba te vervangen door een kattenvacht.
Het resultaat was voor het eerst te zien in de pas geloste trailer en heeft voor verwarring en afgrijzen gezorgd bij de filmpers en sterren zoals Us-regisseur Jordan Peele. Een greep uit de reacties:
