Edgar Wright is een grote fan van George Millers Mad Max: Fury Road. In een recente tweet noemde hij het vierde deel in de Mad Max-reeks zelfs de beste actiefilm aller tijden.

Daarop kwam heel wat respons waaronder de vraag of hij John Woo’s Hard Boiled had overwogen. Dat zou volgens Wright zijn nummer twee kunnen zijn.

Wat de andere suggesties Commando of Predator betreft, zei Wright dat hij beide leuk vindt, maar zelfs geen van beide als zijn favoriete Arnold Schwarzenegger-film beschouwt.

Every time I mention anything about superlatives in cinema (action or otherwise), there's a reply saying 'What no Predator / Commando?'. Neither are even my fav Arnie action film (both are fun though)
