Actrice Tanya Roberts is op 65-jarige leeftijd overleden. Ze was vooral bekend van haar rollen als Bondgirl Stacey Sutton in A View to a Kill en als Midge Pinciotti in de sitcom That ’70s Show.

Verder was Roberts te zien in eighties-fantasyfilms als The Beastmaster en Sheena: Queen of the Jungle en in de tv-reeks Charlie’s Angels, waarin ze één van de Angels vertolkte na het vertrek van Kate Jackson en Shelley Hack.

Op Twitter hebben onder meer de officiële James Bond-account, The Man with the Golden Gun-Bondgirl Britt Ekland en The Beastmaster-regisseur Don Coscarelli een laatste groet gebracht aan Roberts.
